We strive to provide the necessary resources to help you manage all the other aspects of your life. As parents, managing the well-being of our children can be a full-time job, leaving our personal lives, health, and well-being neglected. With Wistful Marra, you can count on us to be your friend, helping you cope, take care of yourself, and thrive despite all of your other responsibilities. Our name, "Wistful Marra," means longing for a friend, and we're here to be exactly that for you.

I am a mother of four beautiful children. Our youngest was born in 2012 with a rare disease and later was diagnosed with ALL a form of blood cancer. He has recovered from the ALL but will always be a rare disease carrier.
I pray every day for parents who struggle. I’ve prayed for God to show me how to help. To turn the bad to good and he answered me 9 years after my struggle began. I am going to coach caregivers to avoid burnout and love the life they have been given.
I won’t let you get lost in the sea of doctor appointments and medical equipment. I won’t let you put you well-being on the back burner. Your child has many advocates for his/her well-being. I will be yours!
Wholistic Health and Wellbeing
Life is many parts that come together to create a whole. Sometimes it's easier to deal with life when we can break it down into manageable parts. Holistic Health and Wellness has many parts and they all influence each other. We focus on one part at a time but ultimately improve the whole.
Stress is the most demanding emotion that we have. It's the hardest thing to ignore, burry and move through. I like to do a lot of work around stress becuase it’s impact is felt through all aspects of our lives. Some of us never get to "the end" of stress. Sometimes care givers of special needs kids never find the end of the stress cycle so we can just breathe. For a lot of us the hard stuff doesn't have an ending. The deep soothing breath of "the stressful time has passed" never comes.
I want to invite you into a new way of thinking. A soothing, calming, renewed way of living this crazy life you have been given. Stress is not meant to be a constant thing. It's a survival instinct that you can recover from. I want to invite you to learn how to recover from your survival stress and thrive in the life you have. I want you be able to enjoy the beauty in your life right her. Right now.
